Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

The Page Refresh AI platform, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content on your web pages. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited license to fetch and process that content solely to provide the analysis service.
AI-generated analysis outputs are provided for your use. We make no claim of ownership over those outputs.
Page Refresh AI provides AI-generated suggestions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — including improved search rankings, increased traffic, or higher conversion rates. AI analysis may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before applying them to your site.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page Refresh AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
